What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, project type, and message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Portal account: your name, email, and basic profile from the provider you sign in with (e.g. Google).
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Operational telemetry: basic performance and error data via Azure Application Insights to keep the service healthy. No third-party ad/tracking scripts.
How we use it
To respond to you, provide and maintain the service, handle billing, secure the platform, and send transactional email (like confirmations). We don't sell your data.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with providers that run the service: Microsoft Azure (hosting, database, secrets, and transactional email via Azure Communication Services), Stripe (payments), and your sign-in provider (e.g. Google). Each processes data under its own terms.
Cookies & sessions
The portal uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Client site data is governed by the Client Services Agreement.
Your choices
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email hello@solvarch.dev.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
