Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of solvarch.dev and the customer portal. Effective July 1, 2026.

1. Who we are

Solvarch is a solutions studio operated by Nicholas Peck in Florida, providing website design, hosting, and managed services. Paid engagements are governed by a separate Client Services Agreement; these Terms cover general use of the website and portal.

2. Accounts

The customer portal lets you sign in with a third-party account (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity under your login. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or portal to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt the service, or attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to reach.

4. Payments

Fees, billing, and refunds for paid work are governed by your Client Services Agreement and Statement of Work. Where a site takes payments, those run through the client's own Stripe account; Solvarch is not in the chain of custody of funds. The recurring managed hosting subscription is additionally governed by the Hosting Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Solvarch name, brand, and this website's content are owned by Solvarch. Content you provide remains yours. Ownership of work built for you transfers per your Client Services Agreement.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Microsoft Azure, Stripe, and Google. We're not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The website and portal are provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvarch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in your Client Services Agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
